Hi, did you notice? Whereispeter.com is back online after a hiatus of several years. Well what happened was that my mailbox got spammed at a rate of about 40k messages per day on all my addresses. In fact, the POP3 clients that I tried couldn’t even begin to catch up with the avalanche. So I deleted the site and moved to a different webhost and then forgot about it. (The story is much longer but not that interesting).

So here I am. (Where?) I mean, here is whereispeter again. Where I am is not really that interesting anymore since I’m mostly in the same place and once you know where that is, what’s the point of tracking me! Besides, nowadays there are much cooler ways to do tracking and I’m not nearly as interested in that technology since it’s so darn mainstream.

I suppose I could repurpose this blog (and I’m considering it) and use it to talk about where I am, not physically, but in many other ways. Perhaps I could use the journey metaphor. Hey that’s not a bad idea. Not sure if I’m on any particular journey though, and what exactly the destinations are, if any.
